AT&SF Trolley Driver #1 (CDL)

 

Purpose: Drive the open-air Trolley during various Albuquerque Tourism & Sightseeing Factory (AT&SF) tours.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills while providing the  highest degree of safe, reliable, and friendly transportation. • Possession of a valid New Mexico Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger Endorsement is a requirement for this job.

• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

• As a CDL driver, the employee will be required to comply with all provisions of DOT Regulation 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382, including random drug and alcohol testing.

• Experience performing basic routine vehicle inspections.

• Comfortable driving a large vehicle and ability to sit for long periods of time. 

• Punctuality. 

• Willingness to work some nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Familiarity with Albuquerque streets and navigation is preferred.

• Qualified driver must maintain a professional appearance. 

 

 Job Duties:

• Serves as the primary driver of the open-air Trolley from April - October and holiday light tours in December.

• Candidate must be available to work a shift (approximately) from Tuesday through Saturday from 9am - 3pm. 

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the Trolley.

• Accepts constructive criticism and offers feedback to AT&SF managers. 

• Serves as an ambassador for AT&SF and Albuquerque.

 

Compensation: $20/hour + gratuity. This position is part-time and hours may vary weekly. Company is closed in January and February.
